About
The Best Way Out is Always Through
I am a therapist who believes in the benefits of the client-professional relationship and who respects the boundaries of that relationship.
I am a therapist who believes in the benefits of the client-professional relationship and who respects the boundaries of that relationship. My goal is to meet you where you are. It is my belief that in the therapeutic process rapport holds the key to the door of healing. Though the process can be difficult to accept, I aim to help guide clients through processing their feelings and emotions with the ultimate goal of defeating the confusion and emotional turmoil of past trauma or other life stressors.
My clinical expertise is in the treatment of depressive, anxiety, and adjustment disorders, trauma, and other mood and personality disorders. Though no one person has all the answers, and I cannot make all the hard stuff go away, I acknowledge that therapy is a process and I honor the opportunity to collaborate with you to make the hard stuff easier to deal with.
My hopes are for you to be patient and kind with yourself and to trust the process.
